Together, we develop a 12 month plan of actions of your career strategy, activations, travel, digital content and brand collaborations. The plan is based on your Personal Brand

Investment

You have to prepare for yourself an initial investment based on a written Brand Plan and your professional ambitions. It should cover 12 months of activities as the Independent Bartender.

Partner

We partner you up with spirit brands based on mutual values that match the Independent Bartender’s (yours) and Brand companies vision.

Execution

You enact your written Brand Plan creating unique original content, carrying out masterclasses and guest shifts and changing the bar industry.
